Light as always. Stronger than ever.

Spidertrax introduced their first fabricated knuckle over 5 years ago. Today, the Pro Series 60 Knuckle takes professional rock racers to an all new level. Better materials, bigger bearings, & larger bolts make this the strongest knuckle yet. All while holding the same compact & lightweight design philosophy you have come to expect.

This Pro Series Knuckle is designed to install on a Spider 9 Housings w/ 3-1/2" OD tubes.

Overview

Chromoly construction.

No cast or mild steel parts found here. All components are CNC manufactured out of domestic grade 4130 chromoly steel. Best of all, every single component is made right here in the USA.

7/8" bolts & bearings.

The use of 7/8" spherical bearings & 7/8" Spider Bolts makes this hardware assembly both easy to install & virtually indestructible. The entire bearing assembly consists of nothing more than a Spider Bolt, shim washer, spherical bearing, shoulder washer, & type C nut. Combined, each knuckle can withstand over 21,500 lbs of axial loading & over 130,000 lbs of radial loading. No grease, no weak links, no hassle.

50° of steering.

An OEM style 60 knuckle can turn only 38°. The Pro Series 60 Knuckle can turn all the way to 50°, tighter than any steering knuckle on the market. Plus, the use of a 6 bolt interlocking chromoly steering arm makes it one of the strongest as well (steering arms sold separately).

Compact & lightweight.

An entire Pro Series 60 Knuckle, complete with inner knuckle, outer knuckle, & all hardware needed for the assembly, weighs less than 33 lbs. This is roughly 2 times lighter than OEM style 60 knuckles, making it by far the lightest knuckle in its class.
