Bomber Fabrication is the home of custom off-road chassis designed and hand-built in Gardnerville, Nevada by Randy Slawson -- the first and only 4-time King of the Hammers champion in history, and the only driver to have competed in all 20 KOH events since the inaugural race in 2007. Every chassis that leaves our shop is engineered for one purpose: to dominate the most brutal terrain on earth.

The Bomber Race Record: Randy Slawson #4448

• 2007 Win Co-driver with John "JR" Reynolds in the inaugural King of the Hammers. They won the first Race of Kings ever run. Randy has been there from day one.
• 2013 Win 1st KOH Race of Kings win as driver. Car #4448. Co-driver: brother Mike Slawson. Finished in 7h 28m. Qualified 44th and picked off every car ahead of him. Only 27 of 129 starters finished.
• 2014 Win King Shocks Backdoor Shootout champion. Won the first-ever Backdoor Shootout during KOH week, conquering the 12-foot waterfall climb in the fastest time. Top three cars in the shootout were all Bomber Fabrication builds.
• 2015 Win 2nd KOH Race of Kings win. Co-driver: Mike Slawson. Nearly 9 hours over 215 miles. Qualified 44th again. Only 13% of 130 starters finished. Joined Shannon Campbell and Loren Healy as the only multi-time KOH winners.
• 2021 Win 3rd KOH Race of Kings win. Co-driver: cousin Dustin Emick. Won $65,000 and a Ford Bronco. Only 37 of 84 starters finished. Randy also built customer Chayse Caprara's Bomber that won the Every Man Challenge the day before -- making it back-to-back Bomber chassis wins in two separate classes.
• 2024 Win Every Man Challenge overall winner. Beat 160+ competitors in a brand-new Bomber Fab 4800 Car. Added an EMC title to his Race of Kings crowns. Also competed in VORRA Yerington 250 (1st place overall) and Fallon 250.
• 2026 Win 4th KOH Race of Kings win -- making history. Co-driver: Dustin Emick. Finishing time: 13h 1m 51s (the longest winning time in KOH history). Only 5 of 81 starters completed the full course. Only 2 beat the clock. Randy broke the three-way tie with Shannon Campbell and Jason Scherer to become the first and only 4-time champion. He replaced two power steering rams mid-race and still won. Organizers called it the toughest course in the event's 20-year history.

Amber Slawson: Fabricator, Racer, History Maker

• 2020-24 Raced her Suzuki Samurai in KOH's 4600 Stock Class (Every Man Challenge). First person ever to race a Samurai in stock class at KOH. Since then, 5 more Samurais have taken the green flag. Amber is also a professional fabricator at Bomber Fab, building the same race cars she competes in.
• 2024 Raced Randy's Bomber 4800 chassis in the 4400 Race of Kings (unlimited class). Earned her first official KOH finish, placing 21st in the Race of Kings -- back-to-back race days in two different vehicles.
• 2025 History First woman in history to physically finish first overall in the Every Man Challenge. Raced the Bomber 4800 in the Legends Class with co-driver Tom Liu. Official 2nd place after post-race penalties. Jessi Combs Foundation ambassador, carrying on the legacy of the "Queen of the Hammers."

• 2021 Win Chayse Caprara won the Every Man Challenge on a Bomber chassis built by Randy. The day before Randy himself won the Race of Kings. Two classes. Two Bomber chassis. Two wins in one KOH week.
• 2014 Win Top 3 Backdoor Shootout cars were all Bomber Fabrication builds. Randy took first, but Bomber-chassis competitors locked out the podium.
